Job Opportunities in Las Vegas

Job Opportunities in Las Vegas

Between school at UNLV, I am an independent contractor. I freelance as an administrative assistant at Vegas Live Work and as a filmmaker dealing with various project, location, and talent management. All film productions are paused for the time being. But I am so thankful I can still work remotely with Vegas Live Work.

Did you know that real estate is an essential business? Yes! Vegas Live Work is still available to help, while staying Home for Nevada!

We, just like you, transitioned to working from home; sending clients virtual tours, uploading virtual listings, and providing all the information you need just an email, call, or text away. That is becoming the norm in Vegas from food, to grocery delivery, and now real estate. Good news is there are plenty of jobs available!

What I’ve found very challenging is to not be forced to use my savings. I am saving to purchase my first house. With that said; I am looking for as many part time jobs and side hustles I can add to my belt to make extra money, so I don’t have to use what I’ve been squirreling away towards my home purchase.

Are you also looking for additional sources of income? Here’s my gift to you, during these times. Some companies that I have found currently hiring:

  • Essential businesses that are still open and hiring quickly are grocery stores like Vons, Albertsons, Costco.

Vons/Albertsons hiring website:

Costco recruiting:

  • Remote customer service businesses like Amazon & Indeed has an extended list of remote jobs.

  • Self Employed delivery businesses like Uber, Lyft, Postmates, Instacart.
